Whirlpool Floor Mounting Kit for Dishwasher

This Dishwasher Floor Mounting Kit helps secure your dishwasher to the floor to prevent shifting, movement and noise during the cleaning cycle. If you have countertops made of granite or other materials that prevent you from anchoring the dishwasher to them, installing this accessory may alleviate this issue. This universal accessory includes two brackets and can be used to safely secure many different dishwasher brands and models; check to see if your model number is compatible. Installing this accessory will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the dishwasher and novice repair experience. You must unplug the dishwasher or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before installing this part. Also turn off the dishwasher’s water supply before you begin. Helpful Tips: The floor mounting screws and washers are not included with this part and will need to be purchased locally. Be sure to select screws for your specific floor construction (concrete, wood, etc.).
