This well built 3/4″ brass offset fire rated pivot set 700 pound maximum load is UL listed for 3 hour rated doors, and has a maximum load of 700 pounds. It is also non-handed with a center line offset of 3/4 inches from the face of the door and 3/4 inches from the edge of the door.
