The Overture™ Smart Air Quality Wall Control is a Broan-NuTone engineered device which contains air sensors to monitor and measure your Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) ecosystem. The Wall Control acts as both a sensor and a switch. Each sensor provides specific air quality measurements for temperature, humidity, TVOC (Total Volitile Organic Compounds) and CO2 (Carbon Dioxide). These measurements are used to manage your homes ventilation and fresh air system products to properly adjust your indoor air quality per standards or codes set by the U.S. EPA or other IAQ organizations. This product can be wired for bath fans, ADA-compliant range hoods or other compatible ventilation products with independent fan and light operation.
