This durable 3/4″ brass offset pivot set 200 pound maximum load has a center line offset of 3/4 inches from the face of the door and 3/4 inches from the edge of the door. The maximum load is 200 pounds and has a vertical adjustment range of 3/16 inches which includes a positive locking feature.
