This KitchenAid® 6.4 Cu. Ft. 30-inch 4-element induction slide-in convection range combines the precision of induction with the power of air fry. Sensor-induction cooktop generates heat directly within cookware, and the oven features Even-Heat™ true convection plus air fry mode, with an included dishwasher-safe air fry basket that aids in crisping and browning.

Features:

Air fry mode – heating elements and a fan circulate hot air around the included air fry basket, crisping and browning food with less oil when compared to deep frying
Dishwasher-safe air fry basket – allows air to circulate around food as it cooks for crisping and browning, toss in the dishwasher after use for easy clean up
Steam bake – the steam bake function works in conjunction with the included steam rack to provide additional moisture during baking. Add 1 1/2 cups (350ml) of water in the reservoir located on the steam rack which heats up and releases steam
Steam rack – offers the ability to provide additional moisture to the inside of the oven
6.4 Cu. Ft. total capacity – provides a large cooking capacity that easily handles multiple dishes at once

Requires induction compatible cookware – such as multi-ply stainless steel, enameled steel or cast iron. Aluminum and copper cookware will not work unless it has a base made of iron or steel. Look for pans marked “works with induction” or test to see if a magnet will stick to the bottom
Simmer, melt, boil – automatically set the right heat for different techniques and stages of cooking, taking the guesswork out of choosing settings
Power boost – helps to rapidly heat your cookware by boosting cooktop temperatures above the highest level for 10 minutes to help get to boiling water
