This Dishwasher Door Handle, Stainless Steel allows you to open and close your dishwasher door properly. To install the new part, first open the dishwasher door and remove the screws that hold the existing door handle in place. Please note: If you are installing the handle on a custom wood panel, you will need new mounting screws and studs to install the handle. Replacing this accessory will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the dishwasher and novice repair experience. You must unplug the dishwasher or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before installing this part. Also be sure to turn off the dishwasher’s water supply underneath the sink.
