Liquid Tight Cord Connector 1.05″ Clearance
In one single operation, by merely inserting the cord or cable through the center hole and screwing down the sealing nut which automatically adjusts to the size of the cable, the cable is held in position, centered, sealed and strain-relieved. The individual portions of the connectors are designed with simplicity in mind. An internal ratchet inside the sealing portion of the connector provides a self-locking and vibration-resistant fixing element. It allows the cap to be tightened without twisting the cord as it compresses itself around the slotted flange, pushing the flange “fingers” together and forming a water-tight seal with the compression gland which actually holds the wire or cable in place.
