5″ Type B Oval Gas Vent Firestop Spacer for 2×6 Wall from the OV Collection
The firestop spacers center vent in 16″ o.c. stud space and serve as a firestop at the ceiling level. This is a required component for Type B-2×4 and multi-story Type BW installations.
The OV series offers oval gas vent pipe and fittings and can be used for Type B, Type B 2×4, Type BW and Type B 2×6 depending on the pipe size. It features a snap together die formed ends, and is UL 441 listed. Note: Special factory supplied parts are required to use 4″ OV as Type BW vent.
