Always looking to improve upon greatness? This CloserPlus Spring Arm system is the prefect way to improve on an already great product. The spring arm contained in this model is state-of-the-art and will not disappoint.
The series 7500 door closers are designed to comply with requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (A.D.A.) and ANSI standard A117.1. All series 7500/7700 door closers are ANSI/BHMA A156.4 Grade 1 certified. Those with non-hold open arms are UL listed for labeled fire doors. This includes compliance to UL10C and UBC-72 (1997) for 3-hour assemblies.
