ND-Series Rhodes Commercial Heavy Duty Vandlgard Keyed Corridor Door Lever Set Less Small Format Core (Core Options Provided)
The corridor function provides push-button locking from the inside and by a key on the outside. When locked from the inside by the push-button turning the inside lever or closing the door will release the button. When the lever is locked by a key it can only be unlocked by a key. The inside lever is always unlocked providing panic proof exiting.
Vandlgard™ is designed to disengage the outside spindle from the latch when in the locked position. The locked outside lever freely rotates up and down while remaining securely locked. The free-wheeling lever eliminates the ability to exert excessive force or to stand on the lever, preventing damage to internal lock components.
ND-Series locks are for commercial, institutional and industrial use, such as schools, hospitals and factories, where a long life of dependable operation must be combined with a high degree of resistance to physical abuse.
